A smallish rosette-forming succulent, somewhat spiny. Tubular orange-red flowers appear on long stems in late summer. For a windowsill or under glass in the majority of places.

(syn. B. fuchsioides) Cane-type begonia grown for its small leaves and proliferation of small pink flowers that hand elegantly from its branches. Height 1m or morel. Tender.
